Has anyone ever bought a tiffany's ring with really small sapphire stones in it?

I would like to buy a tiffany ring but I am scared that the tiny sapphires will fall out. Has anyone ever bought a ring before with really small stones in it and if so did they fall out?|||it doesnt fail out i have 6 of them...if it does b some crazy chance they will replace it|||have a look around you. The market is full of rings with pave set stones. They are not as secure as other settings and if you are rather rough on your rings and wear them every day, you might loose one eventually, but it won't cost a fortune to replace them.
