Both names are beautfiul! The one that is more in style now is Tiffany. Both are both pretty name's and it is hard for me to choose. I love the Kathleen. And I love the name Tiffany. I would have to go with Kathleen but it depends which one you think you would like more. Maybe you could name her Tiffany Kathleen? I like Tiffany but Kathleen is pretty also.
