Would it be weird to buy my best friend something from tiffany&co?

I was thinking I might get her something there for her next birthday. She's turning 16 so I wanted to get her a more extravagant gift this year, but is tiffany like a romantic store, somewhere only guys shop for their girls or is it normal for friends to shop for friends there?|||I think that's over the top, and I'd feel really guilty if a friend bought me a bracelet or whatever from Tiffany. That's a lot of money for a friend to spend. And yes, I think of it as more of a romantic gift.

If you guys are truly best friends, then she'd probably be just as happy with something smaller, and less expensive. She might feel as if she would need to get you an expensive gift like that too, and not everyone has or want to shell out that kind of money for a gift. It's up to you, but that's just my personal opinion.

:-)|||it wouldnt be weird unless you bought her something that she would need to commit to accept, such as said before, a diamond ring, or something so extravagant, only the closest of friends would bye. it really depends how close you to are, how much your willing to spend, and what she likes. i got a girlfriend of mine a laptop for our 6th month anniversary because she was really dependent on her parents laptop, and she got me... a very exciting and... umm... special, yeah special, gift.|||I'm going to say yes. For my best friend's 16th birthday, I got her 2 shirts, a bookmark, skittles %26amp; sprinkles(long story.).

Believe me, that is way too much. Where would she wear it to? What if it got stolen?|||i think it'd be perfectly fine.

my friends mom has gotten her stuff from there and vice versa. its not just a romantic store|||It's not weird, unless you buy her a diamond ring!|||Wow, can I be your friend? My lame *** friends don't give me anything.|||how about a dildo
