Why do people buy knock off Tiffany jewelry?

I have a collection of Tiffany jewelry and I feel like every piece is special. I can't figure out why people buy fake Tiffany jewelry. For me, saving for and finally going in to buy the piece I want is half the fun.





Plus, people can tell when people wear fake Tiffany jewelry. I just don't understand why you would buy something that is supposed to be something else, but is not. I mean, there are tons of other cute jewelry lines out there for less money, but people still have to have something that looks or says Tiffany--- I just don't get it.|||Omg, I completely agree!! I feel that Tiffany is so special and classic that nobody should buy a knockoff!|||If I like the design of a jewelry piece I am going to buy it. I don't care what name is stamped on it, I am not a designer junkie. I have asked myself heaps of times, why people would go out and buy a piece of jewelry for a hopelessly inflated price only because it's from such and such company. If I can get the same or a similar piece cheaper, fine by me.|||Hello,





I understand what you are trying to say, but you also have to understand others. I know that there is nothing better than buying original jewelry - the pleasure is simply amazing. I love this feeling as well.





some people however can't afford it, no matter how hard they try. I know there are other jewelry lines, but maybe they just want to feel what it is liken to wear Tiffany?|||If I can buy something for 1/2 the price I'll buy it. I don't need to wear designer names. If you like the look of it then you like the look, not the name stamped on it.|||I accidently bought fake once. My mom found a website and she was like oh yea its the normal tiffany but in the UK... It was from china.. haha they never wanted it back (it was normal pricing) and so i kept it... I only wore it once
