I have a Tiffany white gold ring and I want to know how to clean it?

I've had it for about a year and it's white gold but parts of it have turned kind of yellowish. If I took it to Tiffany's would they do anything about this? Thanks.|||you can go to walmart and buy jewelry cleaner.|||if its rust i heard that if u put it in really hot water it would go away.
