I got a Tiffany necklace with a thin chain for my birthday, but the chain is too short. The person who got it for me isn't available to exchange it, and I don't have a receipt- just all the packaging it comes with.
Would i be able to go into a Tiffany store and exchange the short chain for a longer one without having to buy a new one?
