How can I dress like Tiffany from the Bride of Chucky?

I love her outfits in the movie especially the one in the opening sequence. Does any one know what brand of clothes she wore or where I can find similar ones? I've tried Hot Top and searching eBay for gothic dresses, Tiffany Bride of Chucky, and lip service with little success.
