Is there anyone who makes a Tiffany style or stained glass style under-cabinet lights?

I just moved to a wonderful home. The dining room is huge and has tiffany lighting. There is a 15' serving counter with overhead cabinets between the kitchen and dining room. The serving counter is lit by wired-in white under-cabinet fluorescent fixtures. Being at eye level they are blinding, glaring and UGLY! I'd like to find similar light fixtures but with a pretty stained glass-look or Tiffany-look shades to snap in over the bulbs. Any ideas?|||No, unless you want to hire a stained glass artisan
